Weekly Stress Relief Meditations on Friday and Saturdays

Join us on Fridays & Saturdays at 2:00, 3:00 and 4:00 for a short ten minute meditation downstairs in our classroom area.  Designed to help relieve stress, you'll find yourself in a calmer, much less stressed space when finished.

Crystal/Tibetan Bowl Meditation

Every Thursday night we will be hosting a sound meditation with crystal and Tibetan bowls. Feel free to bring your own gong, bowls or chimes to the event. We will have a few extras should you wish to participate. Many prefer to simply sit and absorb the frequencies. All are welcome though we currently have an 18 person space limit. Hands on Healing Class

Wednesday nights, once monthly. This class may evolve into a bi-monthly class depending on interest. Here we will learn the basics of energy healing including self-protection, energy transmission and of course, actual hands on practice. Everyone will have a chance to practice and/or receive healing throughout the class. This class is not Reiki or any other particular healing modality.  Healing Energy is your birth right and therefore available for all to utilize. Come learn and practice with us. Classes limited to 18 persons.
