Adrienne has been a practicing massage therapist since 1986, specializing in cranial-sacral therapy, lymphatic massage, and Polarity therapy. She has been a Reiki Master since 2004, trained in the Usui style of Reiki. In 2006 she studied crystal healing with Rose Two-Feathers in Austin, Texas and then combined crystal healing with Reiki sessions for clients.
She has also taken Level One of Biofield Tuning, Akashic Record training,and voice and sound healing training.
She has also taught Yoga and specialized in yoga and meditation for eating disorders, addictions, and pre-natal women, including the full scope of Yoga tools.
