Adrienne has been a practicing massage therapist since 1986, specializing in cranial-sacral therapy, lymphatic massage, and Polarity therapy.
She has been a Reiki Master since 2004, trained in the Usui style of Reiki. In 2006 she studied crystal healing with Rose Two-Feathers in Austin, Texas and then combined crystal healing with Reiki sessions for clients. She has apprenticed under a practicing herbalist and Reiki Master. And completed schooling for Transformational Body Mind Psychology. She is an artist. And essential oils wellness advocate for Young Living.
